Our youth group home is located at 130 Ave 101 St NW, Edmonton, right near Northgate Mall — a convenient, well-connected neighbourhood with easy access to public transit, shopping, recreation centres, community resources, and local amenities (including Tim Hortons within walking distance).

This spacious 1,700 sq ft residential home has been fully renovated and inspected, featuring modern laminate flooring, fresh wall paint, large windows for abundant natural light, and a clean, bright, and safe atmosphere. The layout includes:

• 7 total rooms across two levels, all private and customizable to meet each youth’s individual needs, preferences, and care plan

• A sizeable backyard with a fire pit, perfect for outdoor relaxation and seasonal activities

• A heated garage for extra storage

• Open, welcoming common areas designed for daily routines, social time, and skill-building

The home is intentionally kept minimal and flexible, allowing us to adapt spaces, furnishings, and routines to support each resident’s growth, independence, and sense of belonging. It provides a secure, comfortable environment where youth can feel safe while developing life skills and preparing for adulthood.
