At present, Sky Manor has living quarters for a maximum of three occupants, and employs two male personnel on a round-the-clock basis. The facility is situated at 130 Avenue and 101 St in Edmonton, in close proximity to Northgate Mall and within walking distance of Tim Hortons. Each room is furnished with one to two closets, sufficiently spacious to accommodate residents' personal belongings. In addition, a heated garage is provided for excess storage space. A sizeable backyard with a fire pit is also accessible to occupants.
